Delivery Driver – Independent Contractor (Brazoria County Area)

Position Summary

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering small packages throughout Brazoria County. You will be assigned a consistent route in the same general area, though routes may vary based on company needs. Common delivery areas include Alvin, Angleton, Brazoria, Lake Jackson, Freeport, and Bay City.

This position does not involve large loads or truck deliveries. If you have a large truck you will be ignored.

Drivers use their own personal vehicles — fuel efficiency is key.

Schedule & Availability

We are looking for drivers with the following availability:

Monday: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Tuesday–Friday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Saturday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation

Paid per mile

Weekly pay

Rate and route details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Clean driving record and no serious criminal history (background check required)

Valid auto insurance

Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle (no V8 cars or trucks)

Working smartphone with data plan (for delivery app use)

Prior delivery or driving experience required

Professional appearance and conduct

Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

Non-Negotiables

Must maintain a consistent and agreed-upon schedule

Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality

Unreliable attendance or schedule changes without notice will result in termination

Applicants with unsuitable vehicles (e.g., trucks or high-fuel V8 cars) will not be considered
