•8-10years’ of experience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting HW, SW, OS issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the HW warranty or customer security compliance requirements.•Able to resolve OS & Application related issues of Win 10, MS Office 2019 / O365, VPN, Mac OS, iOS etc.•Excellent interpersonal & communication skills for supporting CXOs (CEO, President, VP, etc.)•Self-Driven and result oriented.•Proactive ownership and works with sense of urgency.•Coordinate with multiple Support Groups, Vendors and ensure resolution with urgency•Associate’s Degree in Electronics / Computer Science and CompTIA A+ Certification.
