Job Description:

- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Assist in troubleshooting computer systems and peripherals.

- Respond to IT-related support tickets and document solutions.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of operating systems, software, and hardware.

- problem-solving and communications skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus).
