Description We are extending an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Spring, Texas. The role primarily involves providing technical support to users, maintaining hardware, and documenting work performed. This role is characterized by a contract employment type and requires skills like Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Deskside Support.Responsibilities: Provide front-line technical support, addressing hardware and software-related issues. Maintain departmental computers, printers, and mobile equipment. Document work performed in the ticketing system accurately and consistently. Keep a detailed inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring proper documentation. Update and maintain the website as necessary. Provide on-site support at various locations, including fire stations and vehicles, to resolve issues. Participate in on-call technical support rotation to support users beyond regular working hours. Collaborate with leadership and vendors to coordinate support as needed.
