Hello Everyone,we are looking for BRM Support Engineer for our client who has strong exp in providing support for BRM. This will remote role in USA.Open to any VISAS

• Run bill run activities as per scheduled timings and ensure the day-to-day billing schedule and operational aspects of the billing systems are completed
• Need to do biweekly BRM deployments.
• Need to work on compliance stuff to provide necessary report to compliance team.
• Solid End to End BRM functional flows (Eg. Account creation, billing, invoicing, Payments, Collections etc.)
• Hands on shell scripting and SQL to extract reports from BRM Database.
• Investigate and respond to billing enquires and disputes
• Develop, maintain, and document billing processes and procedures
• BRM support and lead in driving for escalations and incidents

• L3 BRM Knowledge
• Knowledge of the running of batch processes of billing , invoicing, payments, collections, etc
• Minimum 10+ years of experience
