About This Opportunity Responsibilities The Development Coordinator supports various departments, including Real Estate, Entitlements, Construction, Energy, and Facilities. This position assists department leaders and coordinates cross-functional communications, meetings, and projects. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Facilitate department communication, collaboration, meetings, and scheduling, managing details with precision. Assist department leaders with preparing, maintaining, and distributing meeting materials, presentations, reports, and other files. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires within the department, including equipment procurement and access requests. Lead and contribute to various special projects within Development with a focus on continuous improvement, cultural transformation, and data integrity. Represent the department by maintaining polite and professional communication at all times. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION: High School/GED YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: N/A SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs. #LI-KB1
