Defining the overall architecture and technical vision for Salesforce projects.

Creating high-level architectural specifications and ensuring feasibility within Salesforce.

Evaluating and selecting appropriate Salesforce technologies and frameworks.

Providing technical guidance and leadership to Salesforce development teams.

Ensuring that the Salesforce architecture meets all requirements for performance, scalability, and security.

Staying current with Salesforce industry trends and emerging technologies.

Bachelor's degree required

Typically has 7 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

Ability to support engagements of greater than average size and complexity

Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Professional oral and written communication skills

Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Ability to travel 20 - 50% depending on the client and industries you serve

Preferred:

Prior professional services or government consulting experience
