- 10+ recent years as a DevOps engineer, in a role responsible for planning, designing, and leading implementation of high-volume software development infrastructure growth
- Strong hands-on knowledge of setting up production, staging and dev environments on low-code/no-code IPAS, RPA, BI/Reporting platforms
- Establish and manage CI/CD processes -through Jenkins, Git, and/or Azure Devops ideally with low-code and no-code platforms and ELT/ETL tools entailing a Snowflake.
- Establish and manage processes coordinate change across a myriad of SAS, on-premises and vendor hosted platforms.
- Integrate, configure, deploy and manage centrally provided common cloud services (e.g. low-code/no-code IPAS, RPA, Salesforce, BI/Reporting platforms)
- Hands on skills in scripting or coding with Python, Unix shell scripting (bash), Snowflake DDL/DML, and/or Powershell
- Manage Daily Builds, Production Builds
- Ensure compliance with centrally defined Security
- Ensure compliancy with Operational risk standards (E.g. Network, Firewall, OS, Logging, Monitoring, Availability, Resiliency)
- Support non-functional testing·
- Update support and operational documentation as required
- Ensure good Change management practice is implemented as specified by central standards
- Good understanding of application integration with SSO tools, preferably OKTA
- Deep experience in root cause analysis and fixing issues with Dev, QA, UAT, Preproduction production systems
- Must be able to demonstrate good governance practices through the NIST SSDF Framework's embedded standards as applicable to low-code/no-code IPAS, RPA, Salesforce, BI/Reporting platforms
