WW Digital Channel Program and Operations Manager (Digital Shelf)Location: Austin, TX or Cupertino, CADuration: 6 months contractPay rate: $58.79/hrJob SummaryThe WW Digital Channel Team drives the development and growth of digital strategies across channels. We create consistent brand experiences in the digital world, enable new online sales programs, drive online content strategies with partners, and architect technology programs to enable superior customer experiences and higher Apple channel sales.We seek a product manager to drive new requirements, manage productroadmap with our engineering partners, and ensure successful data operations for our Apple digital shelf analytics platform. The digital shelf analytics platform monitors and measures key elements of the online Apple channel customer journey including homepage, search, product detail pages, and more.Key Responsibilities1. Lead global sales teams in driving new features, functionality, and capabilities for our digital shelf analytics platform.2. Work with internal and external engineering teams to build technical requirements, prepare development timelines, test and QA new prototype features, and deploy to teams.3. Onboard new users to the platform, conduct training sessions, and author onboarding materials with the support of external and internal partners.4. Ensure successful weekly and daily data operations across eCommerce catalog data and digital assets.5. Support, track, and ensure implementation and publishing of new product content (NPI).6. Oversee developer ticket and support systems and processes to ensure bugxes and quality assurance SLAs are managed.Key Requirements5-7 years of experience in a eCommerce, retail, product management or digital content program manager role.Knowledge and expertise of collaboration tools Quip, Wrike, Chorus, or others.Experience in tool training, onboarding, and communication of technical information for non-technical teams.Knowledge of product information management systems, eCommerceExperience managing developer QA process with large organization in highly catalog databases, or digital content management systems.Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional uid environment.Solid understanding and experience managing sales, marketing or Commerce related projects.Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.Experience setting, managing and reporting against multi-year plans, budgets, KPIs, milestones, roadmaps, etc.Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.Action-oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.EducationBachelors Degree, MBA (preferred)
