Your OpportunityMarketing Personalization is a team within Marketing's Data Driven Resources (DDC). Marketing Personalization manages several Marketing Technology platforms, including Client's digital asset management (DAM) system. This role will support the day-to-day administration of our current DAM platform, including but not limited to providing support and resolution for common access and functionality issues, creating and maintaining various platform and process documentation, and acting as a general resource for a wide range of DAM platform users. Key skills for this role include strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to rapidly prioritize and resolve miscellaneous DAM requests during occasional periods of high demand. What you are good atThe Marketing Personalization team is looking for a versatile Digital Asset Management Specialist. You will:- Provide support for common DAM support and access requests and functionality issues
- Communicate with internal and external users of the DAM, other stakeholders, and management
- Responsibility for specific deliverables as part of cross-functional initiatives involving integrations of the DAM and other platforms
- Research and/or escalate complex requests in a timely manner
- Create documentation and training materials and provide occasional DAM training for individuals or internal teams
Additional Job Details:What you have • Strong communication skills to enable accurate assessment, convey solutions, and rapid resolution • Demonstrated successful experience working with DAM systems, library systems, and/or content management systems (CMS) • Ability to assist in managing digital assets in multiple states of their life cycle, including uploading and archiving • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both orally and written • Capability to apply sound judgment to prioritize when working independently with tight timelines • Experience working within a marketing or creative services department • Demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new processes or methods • Familiarity with applying metadata or taxonomy within a DAM or CMS environment
