Live-In Direct Care Staff (4 Days On / 3 Days Off)

Dallas, Texas (specific home addresses will be provided during hiring)

Schedule:

4 days on / 3 days off live-in rotation

May include weekends

Staff remain on-site during “on” days

Compensation:

$130 per day

On-the-job training provided

Meals and lodging included during live-in shifts

Responsibilities:

Provide daily assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation

Monitor and administer medications per care plan

Document services and complete required logs (Service Delivery Logs, MARs, Incident Reports)

Assist with light housekeeping, laundry

Support clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in maintaining independence, safety, and social interaction

Respond appropriately to behaviors or emergencies following company policies and training

Qualifications:

Willing to train the right candidate

experience in caregiving preferred

CNA, DSP, or Caregiver experience a plus (HCS experience preferred)

Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID

Must pass a criminal background check

CPR/First Aid Certification required (or ability to obtain)
