We need a local resource Job Description.- Play a key role in Business Continuity Planning and DR strategy, ensuring our designs are considered by using Tintri Snapshot replication technology
- Perform change management and incident management for enterprise storage systems and experience with Netbackup is mandatory.
- Develop an understanding of project engagement processes (Service Readiness) and partner with project teams on Conditions of Satisfaction deliverables, including support documentation.
- Design, Monitors, escalates, and re-mediate NAS & SAN device/application {access, performance, events} alerts to identify/ potential incidents
- Provide storage provisioning for NAS/CAS/SAN systems
- Providing level three DAS, SAN, NAS Configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed
- Implement, maintain, monitor, performance tuning, and upgrade Tintri, EMC, and Netapps environment
- Storage Array/NAS Performance Tuning
- Requires expertise with the design, configuration, and administration, tuning, optimizing, and troubleshooting of NFS/CIFS protocol on NetApp and EMC storage arrays.
- Understand and troubleshoot the SMB, NFS, and CIFS shares networking protocols
