Director Account SrDescriptionThe Client Services Senior Director supports the client and the Project Management of all Marketing programs once they are sold. The Sr Director leads and supervises a team who function as client service project managers and are responsible for planning and executing client programs with excellence and within budget. This team is also responsible to deliver any and all post audit materials to Client Sales at the conclusion of each program.Essential Functions:

Provide direction and supervise team of client service Directors, Managers and Coordinators regarding the planning, execution and post program follow-up for all client programs

Take appropriate actions when timelines / benchmarks are not met

Key “project management” or agency liaison between Client Sales team and Client for program kick-offs:

Seeks regular feedback from client/client sales regarding performance and alignment with expectations

Ensures that day-to-day business issues identified by client / client sales are addressed

Key contact with Operations, Procurement, Agency Finance, Risk and Legal Teams as it relates to timelines and deliverables

Appropriately manages project workflow / client interaction to adhere to timeline deliverables

Manages bridge to other COE teams to ensure that any and all program requirements are communicated and delivered to the clients on a timely basis, post program

Manages bridge to Field Execution team to hand-off program planning as it moves to the execution phase

Identifies opportunities to grow revenue and gross margin with existing client

Work with team and with other Sr, Directors, Sales Planning, Operations to identify and implement best practices

Set the short- and long-term strategic direction for the team and identify the necessary services and resources required to implement the strategy (i.e.: IT needs, staffing needs, etc.)

Qualifications

Outstanding business acumen, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams

Experienced manager who has had strong success training and leading a team to perform to company standards

Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to details), and will deliver against working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with very short timelines

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload, driving projects to completion

Strong experience in sales and client service, with solid practical background managing creative and print production related projects

Understand and manage finance and business leaders’ expectations

Ability to add strategic value to the business to achieve revenue and margin goals

Very familiar and proficient using technology business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
