Job Description A senior infrastructure leader with a proven background of leading infrastructure/delivery teams for the role of leading SVB's Data Analytics and Reporting Automation team. Seeing a strong leader with the ability to reason logically and analytically to develop a team, tools and strategies to manage cross-functional data and reporting for Technology Operations. The ideal candidate will be able to simplify complex issues in oral and written communication and recommend solutions. The candidate will focus on long-term operational planning and performance in developing strategies to promote real-time reporting solutions for the organization. The position requires strong influencing and negotiating skills to engage with senior leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, hire, develop, and retain talent aligned with Data Analytics and Reporting Automation program needs.
  • Manage a team of experienced technologists responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of Tech Ops reporting solutions.
  • Manage and lead the Data Analytics and Reporting Automation program by driving cross-functional team deliverables, hitting target milestones, proactively identifying reporting gaps and needs, and by facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Plan, manage and report to leadership on program performance.
  • Serve as a change agent by driving successful program and process improvement practives, by diagnosing barriers to reporting success; and by facilitiating resolution as appropriate
  • Engage with business leaders, project managers, and technology leads to acquire support for, understand reporting needs and evaluate program priorities.
  • Apply industry best practices to maximize efficiencies and achieve adhereance to diverse program guidelines.
  • Rigorously manage cultural integration and change management.
  • Partner and develop strong strategic relationships with teams within and outside Tech Ops for short-term gains and long-term program success and maturity

Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of previous experience in management, program management, or related field
