JOB SUMMARYThe Director, Data Management provides leadership, oversight and implementation support of an enterprise data management strategy to enable the utilization of data as a business asset. Ensuring data is appropriately managed from source to storage to delivery. Directly, or in some instances indirectly, lead and manage efforts to ensure all data in our organization’s possession is accurately and consistently identified, categorized, tagged, organized, and maintained in order to support decisions we make and enable us to serve our customers. Lead and oversee the enterprise information and cyber security risk strategy, delivering information and cyber security risk management services to the organization; a primary focus will be continuing the development of our service provider risk management program in alignment with enterprise strategies and new business models, in an evolving and ambiguous regulatory environment. This position will work collaboratively with clinical and operational leadership across the organization to ensure our data assets, regardless of where they are created, stored, or accessed, are identified, protected, understood, trusted and accessible while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements. The director provides leadership for enterprise data security strategy, data architecture, and data operations and development.KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field preferred. Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in information security, IT risk management, or related area.

1+ years of experience in a leadership role.

Experience implementing and managing data protection, data loss prevention, and threat mitigation controls and tools.

Knowledge of information security concepts, protocols, best practices, and strategies.

Understanding of cybersecurity technologies including cryptography, authentication, authorization, access controls, endpoint security, network security, and platform and mobility controls.

Professional information security management certification preferred, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Strong written, verbal, and presentations skills.
