Join us to harness AI in a way that removes the mundane, unleashes creativity and drives measurable impact across ServiceNow's Global Marketing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and operationalize the AI strategy for Global Marketing, progressing the organization toward becoming the destination team for AI-natives.Prioritize and enable AI use cases with Marketing leaders, Operations partners, and Tech—aligning to strategic goals, spotting high-potential opportunities, fostering experimentation, ensuring responsible adoption, and scaling solutions that deliver efficiency and impact.Create and maintain best practices and governance, guiding how AI is applied consistently, ethically, and effectively across Marketing.Drive and demonstrate value, ensuring AI delivers measurable business impact and productivity gains, with results captured and tracked in ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower.Build and lead a thriving AI community within Global Marketing—running hackathons, sharing wins, and providing training, toolkits, and playbooks that make adoption easy and rewarding, while shaping the skills and culture needed to grow an AI-native team.Represent Global Marketing in enterprise-wide AI programs and act as a thought partner in transformation initiatives, ensuring Marketing’s priorities shape broader AI efforts.Stay ahead of the curve by tracking market shifts, emerging tools, and breakthrough capabilities—bringing the best forward to leadership.
