Location: Austin, TX Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $200,000.00 USD Annually Description: Our client is currently seeking a Director of Business Transformation.

This is a primarily remote role, but you will be expected to travel to HQ in Austin, TX periodically.

The Director of Process Transformation will be deeply involved in improving our clinicians day to day experience and efficiency in entering and processing orders, submission to fabrication and scheduling and ultimately to delivery of devices. This is a critical part of our business model and ultimately impacts our patient satisfaction and time to delivery. Your contributions will lead us to increased consistency, predictability, reliability and transparency of the fabrication functions including (but not limited to) order intake, order updates, notifications and delivery.

Responsibilities:

You will apply your extensive experience supporting transformational initiatives as you:
  • Establish the short and long term goals for the fabrication and delivery portion of the ERP program.
  • Manage the performance, effectiveness and productivity of the engage through delivery function. Drive the selection of an MRP evaluation and implementation.
  • You will partner with the Supply Chain, Clinical and Fabrication functional leads as it relates to joint efforts of process and technical designs and ultimately the implementation of new technologies to support the overall corporate vision.
  • Partner with the business, IT and Corporate Accounting to evaluate standard operating procedures and develop/implement replacement for manual/inefficient workflows with supported solutions.
  • Continuous evaluation/evolution of our application technology and business practices to stay current with industry best practices.
  • Influence the leadership and the organization to adopt new ideas, products and/or approaches.
  • Champion with Oracle and other related systems vendor partners the changes we need in their systems to improve our patient, customer, and employee experience and supply chain business processes.

Qualifications:

To be formally considered for the role, you must meet the below minimum requirements.

Required
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10 years of related experience supporting distribution, supply chain, manufacturing and technology transformational initiatives.
  • Position may require travel.

Preferred
  • Healthcare experience highly preferred.
  • ERP, SCM and MRP & WMS experience
  • Lean process improvement
