- Directs, develops and provides leadership to the Infrastructure and Security teams, establishing priorities, setting goals, monitoring progress and coordinating efforts with other groups within the IT organization
- Implements strategies, processes and policies that ensure a consistently sound approach to security practices while ensuring a stable infrastructure company-wide
- Represents company externally for all relevant informational client security requests
- Oversees audit processes as well as all policies and controls to support
- Vets vendor contracts to ensure appropriate practices are in place for handling of internal data
- Supports build of continuous security monitoring and testing capabilities with both cloud native and hosted environments
- Manages cloud and end point hardening baselines to ensure consistent implementation company-wide
- Develops Infrastructure and Security roadmaps to address business needs and performance requirements
- Effectively communicates with business leaders and executives
- Develops service level agreements and key performance indicators that insure the timely implementation of service improvement plans and prevention/resolution of service issues
- Implements comprehensive operational procedures to ensure key control objectives are met. Ensures practices and processes that drive accountability and effectiveness of key processes and controls.
- Safeguards and maintains the capability to restore critical computer operations
- Manages the purchasing of information technology so that it is properly controlled and ensures cost-effective solutions
- Acts as a trusted advisor, and builds and maintains relationships with other IT leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs. Ensures cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs, and is able to respond with the agility required to address changing business priorities.
- Stays abreast of new technology and security solutions and assesses technology to align with changing enterprise needs

- A bachelor's degree in area of specialty is highly preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Security/cybersecurity background
- cloud computing such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud background
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Experience with Azure and M365 cloud platform
- Proven ability to leverage third party infrastructure and security partners
- Professional Security Certification (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CISM) is a plus
