Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Engage with Executive Team members to define the company goals and objective to meet the overall mission
  • Meet established profitability benchmarks for long-term departmental sustainability
  • Manage MS Technical Engineering and Support Teams
  • Oversee MS Department activities and resolve emergent internal and external technical and service issues
  • Perform vCIO function for current and prospective clients which includes but is not limited to:
  • Conducting “Technology Roadmap” reviews with client senior leadership
  • Conducting initial risk assessment reviews (“RFA”), design solutions, and make recommendations to base monthly recurring and project pricing
  • Serve as the strategic advisor for clients to propose and make technology decisions
  • Determine Vendors and Technology stack that serve to best accomplish Departmental Objectives
  • Resolve emergent issues and consult with clients as needed to avert relational and contractual crises.

Primary Objectives:
  • Profitability of MS Dep’t.
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Operational Efficiency and scalability of IT Team performing onboarding, maintenance, and support of clients
  • Providing vCIO expertise making a case for prospects to onboard with the company and performing “Technology Roadmap” reviews for designated clients to meet changing/ongoing network needs.
  • Discern best Vendors and Technology Stack to enable the company to “Execute Profitably” on our MS Offering.

Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent from 4-year college or university; and 5 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
