- Manage MS Technical Engineering and Support Teams
- Oversee MS Department activities and resolve emergent internal and external technical and service issues
- Determine Vendors and Technology stack that serve to best accomplish Departmental Objectives
- Resolve emergent issues and consult with clients as needed to avert relational and contractual crises.
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset, be able to handle customer complaints and escalations, and work closely with the sales and account management teams to maintain and grow client relationships.
