Director of Operations - IT ServicesDirect Hire / Fulltime @ San Antonio TX 78232Salary: $90,000- $110,000 + benefits. Summary Major responsibilities are supporting the Executive Leadership Team to collaborate, define, and execute on the overall mission, objects, and cultural goals to ensure client continues to grow in a positive manner; meeting established bottom line profitability for MS while supporting top line departmental revenues. Cross-departmental staff include VP of Sales / MS Sales Director (to assure profitability and growth). To assure Operational Efficiency as the VP of Operation and CIO. To perform vCIO function, meeting with clients for “Technology Roadmap” review and with prospects that meet criteria; provide the final say on determining on service delivery processes, vendors, and “technology stack” that best fulfil the ability to achieve both profitability and scalability; serve as CIO to ensure IT governance, security, and technology needs are defined and fulfilled.Primary Objectives:

• Profitability of MS Dep’t.
• Maintain client relationships
• Operational Efficiency and scalability of IT Team performing onboarding, maintenance, and support of clients
• Providing vCIO expertise making a case for prospects to onboard and performing “Technology Roadmap” reviews for designated clients to meet changing/ongoing network needs.
• Discern best Vendors and Technology Stack to enable client to “Execute Profitably” on our MS Offering.
