Opportunity Summary: The Director of Operations Process Support is responsible for coordinating and directing the activities of the support teams in providing support to multiple branches and financial teams related to the distribution applications within the system.How you will impact Victory Packaging, a WestRock company:
CPIM designation is preferred
Progressively responsible strategic inventory management or demand planning role
Strong preference for consumer productions’ distribution experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); and other applications as required
Travel to branches as needed. Estimated travel is 35%
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management or equivalent or 4 to 10 years’ related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Monitor and identify system/process issues
Work with the appropriate teams such as programming and finance to provide resolution for the issue.
