Come be a part of what makes us so special!The OpportunityAs a dedicated Director, Planning & Forecasting Marketing Strategy, you will be accountable for business, functional, or operational areas, processes, or programs. Plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitor performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Responsible for cost effective expenditures to achieve goals. Provides input to product development and operations regarding attainment of business goals and objectives. Responsible for hiring, developing, and evaluating personnel.We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance IS available for this position.What you'll do:

Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s).

Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.

Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager.

Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.

Responsible for providing systems support for the marketing/sales/service functions and overseeing ongoing updates to the functionality.

Provides guidance to system users groups and application design teams.

Approves system modification work orders and recommends priorities.

Manages multiple change management initiatives of the largest project scope and complexity.

Coordinates with cross-functional team members to translate business requirements into specifications.

Responsible for coordination and oversight of test plans.

Leads financial governance around marketing managed spend.

Consults with key stakeholders on governance process and documentation.

Accountable for assessing annual agency incentive compensation performance.

Owns development of annual G&A departmental budget during operational planning process.

Manages departmental G&A expenses, including third party resources and discretionary spend.

May serve as risk management business lead, facilitating development and completion of control tests and action plans across campaign and messaging processes.

Provides expertise in the area of compliance, audit, and marketing-related issues.

Owns continuous improvement of processes, etc.

Ensures processes and procedures are accurate, efficient and align with business objectives.

Holds team accountable to all documented processes and procedures.

Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have:

Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

8 years of experience in program and project management in marketing or marketing operations.

3 years of leadership or management experience.

Demonstrated experience influencing business decisions.

Demonstrates leadership in managing teams, large scale projects and people (coaching, performance management and employee development), influencing business strategies and solutions, and applying innovative approaches to address business problems and solutions.

Demonstrated holistic understanding of the business operations and scientific/quantitative analytics.

Strong knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross functional teams, sell ideas and obtain Senior Management endorsement, and deliver results.

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
