We build for real people with real experiences, empowering Groundbreakers to develop and transform the communities we all live in.This position can be based in our Carpinteria, CA, New York, NY, or Austin, TX offices or remotely from any US location.What you’ll do:Align initiatives and structure PgM engagements to ensure outcomes are consistent with P&T’s strategic goals Collaborate with leadership-level partners to ensure delivery per plan, remove blockers, resolve dependencies, and drive prioritization discussionsServe as a thought partner to Engineering, Product, and Design leaders, cultivating relationships within the organization and across ProcoreOwn an E2E planning and execution approach grounded in Agile best practices that bridge seamlessly across the portfolioAttract and develop existing talent. Promote a positive, high-performance, innovative, growth-oriented, inclusive environment that consistently delivers resultsContinuously assess our delivery practices, surfacing areas of opportunity or misalignment and drive actions to address themCreate evaluation strategies to monitor progress and measure the success of initiatives What we're looking for: 10+ years of experience in technical project and program management overseeing multiple complex strategic and operational initiatives simultaneously; well-versed in Agile methodologies3+ years of SW development background; experience with scaling practices in SaaS companies is a bonusTrack record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams Sophisticated problem-solving capabilities and experience structuring complex analyses to provide actionable insights Exceptional communications skills, ability to convey ideas in a way that resonates with varied audiences at all levelsDemonstrated history of cultivating strong cross-functional relationships that foster deep engagementsOrganizational savvy to navigate and manage ambiguous scenariosStrong business acumen and broad experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and change managementCommitment to diversity and inclusion and a belief that diverse teams bring better business and customer outcomesCS/Engineering BS degree or equivalent experience required; MS or MBA preferred
