Work involves analyzing and identifying contingency and disaster recovery system requirements, procedures, and problems to document processes or to improve existing systems. Writes detailed description of contingency planning user needs, program functions, and steps required to recover develop computer programs or systems with Information Technology Subject Mater Experts. Reviews system capabilities, specifications, and limitations to determine if recovery program or program change is possible within existing system.
