Dispatcher

Minimum of 2 years' experience required

Experience preferred in the following but not required:

· Allways Track

· DAT 360

· Truck stop

Bilingual English /Spanish The Dispatcher is responsible for the supervision of drivers in a profitable, professional, and safe manner. Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Acts as a liaison between Drivers, Dispatch, and Customer Service to keep all personnel informed of issues that might impact customer expectations and or Driver needs.

· Maintains contact with assigned drivers on a daily basis.

· Works with Driver’s personal needs to ensure Driver satisfaction and retention.

· Maintains a high level of professionalism with Drivers, colleagues and customers.

· Makes sure Drivers are given complete dispatch with expectations of loads, equipment needs, directions, phone numbers, fuel routing/solutions. experience
