Driver's Education Instructor (327541)

- Provides special instruction to students in compliance with school-system and program requirements, state and federal regulations. Implements an instructional, therapeutic and skill development program for differentiated learning levels.- Conducts formal and informal assessments of all students.- Plans and uses appropriate instructional strategies to include the integration of activities, materials and equipment that align with the accommodations as set in the student's Individual Education Plan.- Plans and supervises assignments for staff members assisting with students.- Establishes and maintains appropriate, open lines of communication with all parties, to include but not limited to students, therapists, school district personnel, parents and co-workers. Attends all required meetings and trainings offered by program.- Completes required documentation within timelines, including recording of grades and attendance.- Abides by and demonstrates the company's Mission, Vision, and Values, through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day basis.- Performs other duties as assigned
