Marketing Data Analyst - E Commerce ExperiencePart-Time (40-80/hr per month) - Long Term Technical • 3+ years of years of web analytics experience.• Analyze sales tracking and web access including user behavior tracking in GA.• Experienced in managing the tagging process and working with tag management tools (GTM).• Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other paid acquisition channels (Facebook, Google Shopping, etc.) to drive lead growth and improve conversion.• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.• Frontend DOM, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript knowledge.• Proficient in the understanding of analytical processing including data management• Recommend UI/UX optimization based on data analysis• Provide recommendation of improvements based on predictive modeling• Provide reporting including visualization (for example, dashboard)• Proficient in communicating with marketer and strategist• Experience working in an agile environment and with tools like JIRA, Monday• Shopify and Power BI experiences are plus. Communication • Candidate needs to have strong interpersonal communication skills• Must be able to work independently and co-work with team member in rapid changing environment and exhibit strong written and verbal communications skills.• Express difficult and complex concepts or incidents clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
