Elasticsearch cluster administrator (ELK Stack) - Hybrid work - Dallas TX or Philadelphia PA

Seeking a Elasticsearch administrator who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring our Elasticsearch clusters and components to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance. This individual will transform complex data pipelines into applications used for self-service analytics and reporting. Strategic Role

• Collaborate with team members to define data requirements and technical roadmaps.
• Create system architecture and sources for data.
• Partner with data engineers & analysts to understand business demand and create or augment incoming and existing data that feeds the systems.

• Configure the cluster by setting up indexing and search structures.
• Monitoring cluster health & backups and troubleshooting issues.
• Scaling the cluster to meet changing demands.
• Implementing security measures
• Integrating Elasticsearch with other systems.

• Understanding of scalability, reliability, real-time search, and multi-tenancy principles.
• Background with ELK plugins and integrations.
