Job Description:

Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: San Antonio, TX

Duration: Direct-hire position

Client: Direct Client

Note: Veteran candidates are preferred

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree (BS, BA) in Electrical, Structural Mechanical or Civil Engineering required. Prior internship with utility experience preferred.
2-4 years’ experience with an electrical utility preferred.
At least 1 year with a construction management estimating system preferred.
Ability to write business correspondence and communicate effectively. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other managers, clients, customers, and local permitting agencies.
Experience in writing and executing switching orders is preferred.
Working knowledge of the local power utility design and estimating systems are highly desired and preferred.
Working knowledge of OH and UG fiber optic and other telecommunication distribution means is preferred.
