- Make data-driven recommendations to heighten campaign success as it pertains to revenue, open rates, click rates, and CTO
- Implement global best practices for outbound and inbound marketing, lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and lead nurturing
- Manage HubSpot as it pertains to billing, troubleshooting, integrations, and new features/capabilities
- Work with the marketing team to understand, plan, build and execute email communications, marketing automation campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner
- Maintain and manage HubSpot contact databases and workflows to maintain data cleanliness
- Conceptualize and develop segmentation strategies to ensure email relevance to prospects and customers
- Experience with Marketing Automation.
- Experience in CRM integrations (MS Dynamics preferred).
- Have 3+ years hands-on experience in email marketing, including the building and coding of email templates.
- Have a HubSpot Certification (Preferred).
- Experienced working in SQL, from solving broken queries to designing new ones.
