Work hours: Full-Time 40 hours per week

Salary range: $27.61 - $44.69 per hour (based on relevant experience)

Our location in Fort Worth provides convenient care to the residents of Fort Worth and the surrounding areas.In keeping with our mission statement to provide a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors, our department constantly monitors criminal activity not only on our campus but, in the areas contiguous to it; and incorporate preventative measures to promote a safe and secure environment.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree 4 Years 4 years related experience in lieu of Degree RequiredExperience3 Years Emergency Management at a hospital or closely related environment RequiredTraining and education PreferredSkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.) is required. Excellent Communication and organizational skills are critical. This position is required to be on call and available 24/7 during a disaster.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to assigned hospital Safety/Security and Emergency Management personnel in the area of emergency management and business continuity to include Incident Command, training and exercises, emergency management plan analysis and development. Analyze initiatives/contingency plans to ensure stability of operations.Assume designated Incident Command role during emergencies. Establish initial operational coordination of incident, providing direction and oversight for response as required from notification through incident close-out.Serve as entity resource to plan, develop and execute annual hospital and support system exercises. Demonstrate HSEEP knowledge.
