Job DescriptionDay-to-day:A fast food employer is looking for an Employee Relations Coordinator to join their team sitting in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a professional problem-solver who is very organized and able to juggle muliple tasks at one time. This role is responsible for creating and delivering people practices which develop and maintain positive working relationships between the company and its people. The ERC plays an integral role in providing employment-related guidance and support to management and employees.
