Remote client support using RDP Utilities

Active/Enterprise Directory and SCCM

MS Office Suite 2010, Symantec SEP, + Cisco VPN remote access (wired and wireless) support.

Support remotely with Live Meeting, RDP utilities Linux/Unix background
