TITLE: Endpoint Engineer Consultant - InTune & Jamf Location: Remote in the U.S. - Working Central Time Zone Compensation Range: $55-$65/hour

ICS, a Korn Ferry company, is hiring for an Endpoint Engineer Consultant with experience owning Microsoft InTune and JAMF experience for our client's team.

What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for the secure management and administration of the firm's endpoint tools for all user desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
  • Own the lifecycle of endpoint tools including procurement, deployment, management, and decommissioning.
  • Systems integration, engineering, and administration skills with specific experience in endpoint management technologies such as InTune and Jamf
  • Experience in implementing endpoint platforms in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
  • Ownership of endpoint management process controlling OS and Application authorization, deployment, updates and version control through dev, test and production environments.
  • Working with InfoSec, Compliance, IT and other business divisions to determine application requirements
  • Escalation for helpdesk team to provide troubleshooting assistance on complex endpoint user issues.
  • Additional responsibilities include creating the standard operating principles and establishing best practices regarding all end-user facing

    • InTune MDM / MAM
    • InTune Conditional Access
    • Autopilot
    • MacOS and iOS
    • JamF
    • Group Policy
    • BitLocker
    • Registry Settings
    • Powershell
    • X.509 Certificates, SCEP
    • End User permissions
    • Security protocols (TLS, SSL, SAML, VPN)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Five or more years of progressive IT experience

  • Financial Services industry experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills

  • The ability to function professionally under pressure, while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
