Endpoint Security Engineer

M9 Solutions is seeking an

• Report to the Senior Manager of the professional services delivery team.
• Focus on daily deployments, operations, and maintenance of solutions in the customer environment.
• Serve as a cybersecurity subject matter expert and advise the customer on cybersecurity matters.
• Communicate, coordinate, and facilitate problem resolution and other customer issues with the customer success managers, technical support engineers, and professional service management.
• Provide support to the customer by planning, engineering, implementation, technical resource assessment, consultant task management, and training requirements.
• Make recommendations for best business practices from other customers using the enterprise architect team knowledge.
• Address all technical problems associated with software and provide support with direct reach back into security technical support and labs.
• Become a trusted advisor to the customer cybersecurity leader on product performance and maintenance issues.
• Prepare and deliver documentation to support accurate implementation/operation of new capabilities supporting live operating environments.
• Analyze technical/integration requirements and develop solutions for customer review and consideration, then integrate into the customer's infrastructure.
• Support product implementation/operation and participate in Agent, endpoint security (ENS), application control, threat intelligence exchange, Open Data Exchange Layer, advanced Threat Defense, host intrusion prevention system, asset baseline monitor, policy auditor, device control module, Virus Scan Enterprise, and Anti-Spyware Enterprise, as specified by the customer.

• Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
• An active Top Secret clearance is required.
• IAT level 2 certification is required.
• 7 - 10+ years of experience supporting technology deployment, operations, and maintenance within an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting technologies such as networking, active directory, and cloud technologies.
• Experience creating expert rules within the exploit prevention module of ENS.

• Salary Range: $60,000/year - $180,000/year
• M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
