Title: Engineering Commissioning Admin Location: Taylor, Texas Duration: 6+ months Contract (starting in early June) Established Engineering client of ours is looking for an experienced Site Administrator for one of their locations in Taylor, Texas (zip code 76574). Focus includes:
Supporting the Site Manager and Project team with daily tasks
Coordinate meetings and manage meeting notes
Ordering office supplies as needed and coordinating deliveries
Online file retention and document control management
Coordinate/schedule and managing meetings/events and conference rooms including setup, catering services and tear down
Targeting candidates with:
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience with MS Office, Outlook and MS Teams
Strong people and communication skills are crucial
Ability to multi-task, be organized, and strong analytical ability
Position sits onsite M-F, role requires overtime
Offering $24+/hr depending on experience
