• Work closely with product managers to plan out upcoming projects, and define quarterly OKRsProvide clarity to the team through goal setting and supportMake sure quality, security, and monitoring is part of everything we doHelp hire top quality talentProvide KPI metrics to upper managementWork closely with the teams to make sure they have all that they need to be successful

• 5+ years individual contributor experience or more across the full stack, preferably utilizing NodeJS and PHPClear understanding of distributed system architectures vs monolithsExperience in full cycle development - from conception to ownership in productionExperience with various monitoring tools and how to use the data to make improvementsContinuous Delivery experience and deployment techniques such as blue/green releases, canary releases, etcExpert knowledge of Git, and Git best practices
