Outstanding opportunity for an Enterprise Security Project Manager. This position will be responsible for supporting projects that come from the Enterprise Security team. You will manage several high-visibility initiatives within the organization. The projects could span include Cyber Security, SAP Security and Identity and Access Management related projects. You will be working with every level of the organization, including C-level stakeholders. You will primarily manage projects leveraging the waterfall methodology, however, some teams are using Agile or Hybrid methods to manage their workload. You will need to ensure the security project work is prioritized, executed, and communicated in all key security and AppDev meetings, including the Program Increment Planning sessions, as well as key project and program updates. You should be comfortable working in ambiguity and providing recommendations for organization and clarity in an environment that has several competing priorities. Some possible projects include leading PM efforts in Vulnerability Management Program. This includes managing the RFP process, helping to narrow down vendor selection, Proof of Concept (POC), select potential vendor integrator/implementation partner, and execution of final solution; leading SOW or Request for Bid (RFP) activities (end-to-end); managing or participating in project budget management; managing or participating in (POC) sessions and coordinating all key activities. Other key priority projects may follow based on leadership prioritization and needs. This position requires 7+ years managing IT projects; PMP (Project PMP (Project Management Professional) ® Certification) is required. You will need to demonstrate that you can work multiple projects simultaneously and with proficiency and limited impact to deliverables. Teamwork, strong relationship management, dealing with ambiguity, and collaboration skills are critical to this role. You must be familiar with managing projects in Waterfall, Agile AND Hybrid methodologies. 5+ years specifically managing security projects is required; this includes Technology experience that involves process change, organizational change and MEDIUM TO LARGE SCALE deployments. Strong change enablement and communication across the organization, strong organization/planning capabilities and risk mitigation and remediation skills are essential to this role. 5+ years working with MS Project; able to demonstrate proficiency. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to demonstrate C-level presentation skills. Must be proficient in Visio and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint (all products); able to demonstrate proficiency in ALL PRODUCTS. The ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization is a must. Other required skills include experience in business and solution development, project management, and project delivery; strong understanding of the system development life cycle; experience working with vendors/partners to deliver projects; experience developing complex, project plans to meet business objectives; experience developing and managing large project budgets; and, proven experience in project change management. A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university is required; Master’s Degree from an accredited college/university (MBA, Information Systems or Computer Science) preferred. Other preferred education and experience includes Agile Certification (Agile, Scrum Master, Product Owner); 3+ years managing Agile projects; 2 years of direct people management experience.
