Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring an Entitlement Support Analyst on a long-term contract basis.

Work Location: Irving, TX or Tampa, Fl

Summary:
  • The successful execution of this role requires the individual to demonstrate a wide range of financial, business, and inter-personal skills. The primary responsibility for the role is to provide day to day support in the smooth operation of business.
  • Responsible for the application entitlement and trouble-shooting efforts.
  • Assist with smooth onboarding of new staff members.
  • Securing support from Desktop IT infrastructure teams for new hires.
  • Tracking requirements and compliance of Private/Public side designation.
  • Business COB plan and participation DR initiatives.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks to support local teams. Such as system entitlement reviews, market data needs, track training requirements.
  • Responsible for facility capacity planning.
  • Assist with App Entitlement reporting.
  • Participate and provide business input during control reviews.
  • Assist with coordinating and organizing various meeting and forums related to projects and initiative - including taking notes and follow-ups on statuses on action items and producing metrics.
  • Track technology initiatives and participate in testing.
  • Coordinate with 2nd LoD and support functions such as finance, compliance, technology
  • and operations as necessary for resolution of business issues.
  • Provide backup and support for the other regional business associates in APAC and EMEA.
  • Pay range is $38-$50 per hour.

Required Skills

:
  • Experience in CAO / COO roles, middle office, risk, compliance or financial control
  • Background in project management and similar relevant work experience in financial services will be a plus
  • Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
  • Fixed Income products knowledge and understanding of Risk management would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop peer-like relationships with senior leaders throughout an organization
  • Focused attention to detail plus ability to see the big picture
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Experience in project management and process ownership
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for
  • presentation development
  • An interest in and prior exposure to risk management within capital markets, and familiarity with financial institution regulation and policies

Education:
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
