Entry Level Cad Drafter

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level CAD Drafter to join our team, to prepare clear, complete, and accurate construction plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches for Commercial and Residential projects. This position requires the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up with team members to finalize projects on a timely manner. Certain jurisdiction interaction for permits and zoning evaluation will be necessary also.

Responsibilities:

- Create construction plans using CAD software.

- Assist in the design and development of Architect and engineering projects.

- Revise and update existing drawings as needed.

- Ensure compliance with city standards and company guidelines.

Requirements:

- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD).

- Basic understanding of engineering and architectural principles.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
