Epic Willow

Title

• 6+ years of Epic Willow Ambulatory build & support experience
• Able to work in support and on-call model
• Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory build such as workflow steps, adjudication, coverages, claims, med build, charging, and printing

• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Good client-handling skills
• Comfortable working closely with clinicians and clinical informatics
• Handle release cycle - reviewing release notes, coordinating with build, testing, and deployment across environments
• Build and deploy enhancements, optimizations, new facilities, and integrated projects
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Willow Ambulatory workflows. Experience with Willow Inpatient is a plus, but not required
• Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills and readiness to work across multiple applications/modules
• Prior experience of working in ITSM and Ticketing tools like ServiceNow
