Estimator & Business Developer

We are a growing remodeling company based in Houston, specializing in residential and commercial renovations. Our services include kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, flooring, roofing, and complete home makeovers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Review architectural plans, project drawings, and specifications.

Conduct site visits and inspections to gather project requirements.

Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors.

Analyze bids from vendors and negotiate pricing.

Prepare and submit proposals and bid packages.

Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure project alignment.

Maintain records of historical costs and estimate data for future use.

Provide clear communication and documentation for clients and team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an estimator in remodeling or construction (3+ years preferred).

Strong understanding of residential and commercial renovation processes.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
