Description We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team based in Addison, Texas. This role involves supporting our chairman with a variety of administrative tasks, and interacting with various levels of the organization, customers, and vendors. As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in maintaining confidentiality, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Facilitate effective communication through answering, screening, and directing phone calls professionally. Manage the Chairman's email correspondence, including monitoring, reading, and responding to emails. Prepare and handle confidential correspondence and documents. Collect and prepare information for meetings, record meeting minutes, ensure responses are obtained, and maintain records. Compile information from all company locations and assist the Chairman in drafting, proofing, printing, and distributing the company newsletter and monthly blog. Arrange complex global travel arrangements and accommodations, and prepare detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Coordinate and arrange special events. Maintain an organized filing system of both paper and electronic documentation. Manage an extremely active calendar for both personal and professional obligations, and keep the Chairman well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Oversee multiple priorities for the Chairman across the business and personal domains. Submit weekly status reports to the Chairman regarding various activities. Complete critical and miscellaneous tasks regarding business and personal matters, which facilitates the Chairman's ability to effectively lead the company. Perform any other duties reasonably required by the Chairman.
