Description We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate - Developers industry, located in Bellaire, Texas. This role is a short-term contract opportunity, where the individual will be essential in supporting our operations by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication. With a focus on efficiency and time management, the Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, both internally and externally Utilize DocuSign to digitize, organize, and send out employee agreements and other important documents Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook, for data management and communication purposes Oversee the maintenance of accurate customer credit records Process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner Manage and maintain documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible Engage in regular correspondence with customers, partners, and internal teams Collaborate with the C-Suite and other key stakeholders on special projects and initiatives. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and About Time. Proven experience in C-Suite support, calendar management, correspondence, and documentation. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a development environment. High level of discretion and confidentiality for sensitive executive matters. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
