Experienced apartment leasing agent

Please don’t apply if you don’t have apartment leasing experience. We are looking for a well seasoned experienced apartment leasing agent, who knows all of the ins and outs of the apartment leasing industry. If you are outgoing and love to work with people, then this is your job for you. This job requires lots of follow ups, phone calls, and in person tours of our apartments at our apartment community. Must be a great sales person and be able to get signed leases on the spot. Must be dependable and reliable, and willing to work to be successful. If you are sensitive and don’t work well under pressure then this is probably not the job for you. We are very busy and there are several people we employee that are all working on their own prospects and leases. It’s a very competitive office but a solid team atmosphere everyone has each other’s backs. We have had several people who have worked for us for many years and we’re looking for someone who wants a long-term position. We are not going to sell our apartments. We have built them and operated them for over 40 years. They’re all in great shape and well taken care of and we have lots of amenities to sell to prospects who are interested. We are Centerpoint apartments and we are located at 2626 Frankford Road Dallas 75287. We need someone who can start immediately. If you speak Spanish that would be a great help also.

Salary: $4000 -$4200 monthly based on experience there are leasing and renewal bonuses ranging from $40-$100. We also have preferred utility bonuses that can average over $300 a month. They are also collection bonuses based on how well the property does each month It’s a great job for someone who wants to work!
