Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions
  • Analyze, design, and build component-based application in a Web/internet delivery environment.
  • Write software programming applications working on new and existing applications along with enhancements to websites, web applications, and infrastructure.
  • Write Unit Test Case documents using TDD framework like Junit and Mockito and prepare test data to perform Unit testing and Integration Testing.
  • Review the test cases prepared by the other team members and participate in peer reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Unit testing integration as part of application.
  • Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
  • Execute and participate in the QA process including: unit, integration, regression, and performance with a focus on minimizing defects and rework.
  • Work with Business Systems Analysts to ensure programming code meets business requirements.
  • Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications.
  • Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develops specifications and performance requirements and resolves customer problems.
  • Apply mastery level knowledge in full stack design and development of applications involving Java/C/.Net technologies, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Batch.
  • Apply mastery level knowledge in web architecture/UI frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, JSP, JDBC, Java Servlets, C, Weblogic.
  • Apply mastery level knowledge in back end database such as SQLServer, DB2, Oracle, NoSq.
  • Coordinate release management activities during deployment windows and change management activities using tools like Harvest, VSTS, GitHub and Service Now.
  • Provide application, database, and console support for production and non-production issues on premise infrastructure and/or Cloud services.
  • Analyze and coordination with various Infra teams for quick restoration of production system in case of any outage including identifying any technical risks involved in existing system and recommend suitable preventive and mitigation plans.
  • Work in a SCRUM/Agile environment that works with internal and external departments both onshore and offshore.
  • Coordinate installation of software system.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of AWS experience (SQS, Lambda, Amazone EventBridge, Key Management Services, Cloud Watch)
  • Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect huge plus
  • Java/Python/Node.js
  • RESTful API and SOAP based Webservices
  • SQL DB (DB2 preferred)
  • AWS Certification is preferred

The pay range for this position is $74,900 - $106,300 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
