Partnered with Anesthesiology and Critical Care, the Division of Nursing and the Division of Surgery, this multidisciplinary team performs more than 15,000 surgical cases each year in more than 30 operating rooms spanning the Main Building and Mays Clinic.The Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room must have at least one year of nursing experience in the Operating Room.Transformational Leadership : Leads the patient care team in providing high-quality care in the operating room.

Other Duties as AssignedEducationRequired: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.ExperienceNo experience required. All clinical nurses with less than one year registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.Licensure/CertificationCurrent State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN).
