Experienced Contractor Needed to Polish 30x40 Concrete Barn Floor

I’m looking for an experienced concrete finishing professional to polish a 30x40 (approx. 1,200 sq ft) concrete barn floor. The concrete is existing and in decent condition, but it needs proper surface prep and a high-quality final finish.

Scope of work may include (but is not limited to):

Initial sanding/grinding prep

Acid cleaning or appropriate surface cleaning method

Staining (color to be determined)

Final polishing/sealing to achieve a durable, smooth finish

I’m open to recommendations on the best process and materials based on your experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience with concrete polishing and staining

Your own tools and equipment

Ability to provide an estimate and realistic timeline

References or examples of past work preferred
