Hickory Creek is located approximately 30 miles north of Dallas, in Denton County. Full Time Schedule 40 hours per week

REQURIMENTS:

Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program

PA Certification and TX license required

Minimum 2-year family practice experience required

The Physician Assistant (“PA”) will be licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times.
